The moment between feeling it and becoming it is the whole practice. The noticing is not just the training. It is the work itself. The pack does not get lighter because the weight changes. It gets lighter because the relationship to the weight changes.

The shift from 'I am the one who is tired' to 'I am the one noticing the tiredness' is the difference between being run by the experience and observing it. The observing does not remove the weight. It changes the position from which the weight is carried.

Beautifully put Vlad. The position from which the weight is carried. That is the line I keep coming back to.

Thank you, Troy. The position is the key. The weight does not disappear. The relationship to it does. The position determines whether the weight is carried or whether it carries you.

The noticing is the shift. The noticing is the change in position. The noticing is the difference between being the one who is tired and being the one who notices the tiredness. The weight is still there. The position is not.
